Step into our custom-designed conference room, a spacious, high-ceilinged venue that blends eco-conscious design with sleek, modern finishes. It houses 14 custom office chairs, but can fit 60 people standing.
Featuring bamboo wall panels, recycled terrazzo floors, and exposed wood timbre bowstring trusses, this room is flooded with natural light through two 60-foot skylights, complemented by electric shades for customizable lighting.
Equipped with two flat-screen TVs and a 50’’ mobile monitor, the room is perfect for meetings, conferences, and creative events.
The space also includes a communal lobby, four single-use unisex bathrooms, and a green room for added convenience.
Loading dock access and an on-site liaison ensure easy setup and seamless event execution.
Whether you're hosting a corporate meeting, photoshoot, or community gathering, this versatile room is designed to inspire creativity and innovation at every turn.

A facility representative will be available in the lobby and theater to assist with your needs.
No food or drinks are allowed in the movie theater, except for water bottles with caps or lids.
Food and alcohol are permitted in the lobby, studio, and gymnasium.
Guests must remain within designated areas; wandering into restricted zones may result in removal from the premises.
The number of guests on site must match the submitted guest count.
Production insurance is not required.
Furniture and decorations may be moved.
Smoke machines are allowed.
Nudity is allowed.
