About this space

Overlooking the marina and Chicago skyline, this waterfront venue offers indoor and outdoor spaces for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, weddings and social events. The outdoor patio accommodates up to 50 guests, with café-style seating, string lighting, a tiki bar and a fire pit, making it a lovely setting for cocktail receptions, networking events and summer parties.

Inside, guests can enjoy a dining room, lounge seating, an indoor fireplace and large windows with waterfront views. The venue also offers Wi-Fi, TV and AV facilities, with full bar service available upon request.

The space can be hired privately, with seating arrangements to suit different occasions. On-site security is provided, and parking for approximately 50 vehicles can be arranged for an additional fee.

• Please do not move, remove, or rearrange furniture or venue equipment without prior approval from venue staff.
• Guests and event hosts are responsible for leaving the space in reasonable condition. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional charges.
• Please respect the venue, furnishings, fixtures, equipment, and surrounding property.
• Music and event activities must remain at an appropriate volume and comply with venue guidelines.
