Spread across two floors, our intimate loft space features a stunning main gallery with exposed beams and distressed concrete walls.
The 14' table in the center of the room is perfect for a buffet or heavy appetizer spread and the 1920's antique French bar is the perfect place to pour beer and wine to your guests. Finishing out the first floor is a lounge space with a cozy sectional, a restroom and extra garage space that can be used for catering and storage.
The second floor is accessible via custom grated stairs. The space features an industrial kitchen and living space - complete with a second sectional and curated art. There is a second-floor terrace overlooking the ivy-covered courtyard - plenty of room for an event up to 100 guests!
Prices
All booking times must be inclusive of load-in and load-out time
****Security required for all evening events; billed at a rate of $55/hour
A $155 cleaning fee is added to every event
Additional hours are billed at $500/hour; billable in half-hour increments.

Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
