Our large room rents for $200 per hour and has standing capacity for up to 150 guests, seated up to 50.

Large Room is a great space to host a corporate party, birthday banquette, formal gatherings like conference or throw a show with live music.

We offer a small stage for artists or presenters.

Paid parking is available on-site (50 spaces)

We can provide Audio/Visual equipment (including projector and screen, speakers, mics, and a laptop ) at an additional cost.

We can recommend Qualified Security at an additional cost up to $150 per Armed Guards $30 per hr) and $100 per Unarmed Guards ($20 per hr) for five hours.

We can recommend a Sound Engineer which is $150 per event.

You can rent the parking lot for $100 (the parking lot accommodates up to 50 cars)

Host rules

- Each rental is allowed one hour prior to start of event for set up, and one hour after event for clean up.
- Each additional hour after the 4 hour min is $100.
- $300 non refundable deposit to reserve rooms
- There is no outside alcohol allowed at the Quarry. NO BYOB.
- There's an Outside Food Fee of $100.
- We are flexible about opening hours for events.

About The Quarry Event Center

The Quarry is owned by the social enterprise created by Real Men Charities Inc. That entity, Real Community Investment Group purchased The Quarry in July 2018 after managing the venue since January. Our mission follows. To be the hub around which South Shore gathers to experience itself as a positive, safe, powerful, resource-rich, connected, community, worthy of living and staying in Chicago.
We have 2 spacious halls for rent. Our large room accommodates up to 150 ppl and our small room accommodates up to 85 ppl. We also have a shared kitchen, in lot secured parking and a patio.
