It’s a large, open loft - about 3,000 square feet - with a clean layout that’s easy to work with. There’s a main dining area, an upstairs loft that’s good for drinks or presentations, and a separate suite and lounge if you need a space to get ready. A few extra lounge spots and powder rooms help things flow without crowding.

It can take up to 100 guests, and you can set it up for seated dinners, standing receptions, or meetings depending on what you need.

Food is a big part of how events run here. Everything is handled in-house, so you don’t have to piece things together yourself. You can go with plated meals, multi-course dinners, or more casual reception-style service, and they’ll shape the menu around your event. Service is steady and well organised, so things move along without feeling rushed.

Bookings are usually based on a minimum spend, and the team will walk you through options based on your group and setup.

Cocktail & Reception Experience — from $75 per person

A chef-driven reception format featuring passed appetizers, chef stations, and desserts, designed for a more fluid and social gathering. Menus are built around seasonal ingredients and thoughtful composition, with full service and staffing included.

Bar Program

The Fulton Table operates with a bring-your-own alcohol model, with full bar setup, staffing, and coordination provided by our team.

Chef-Led Team Experiences & Cooking Classes

The Fulton Table also offers chef-led team building experiences and interactive cooking classes designed for corporate groups and social gatherings. These formats provide a more engaging, hands-on way to bring guests together, often paired with a shared meal or reception. The Fulton Table is a chef-driven event space designed for complete, hospitality-led experiences. All events are coordinated through our team to ensure a cohesive and well-executed gathering.

All food is provided in-house and cannot be brought in from outside vendors. Alcohol is client-provided, with full bar setup and service managed by our team.

Events are scheduled in agreed-upon time blocks. Access, setup, and breakdown times are coordinated in advance. Additional time beyond the scheduled event may be accommodated when available.

Music is permitted within reasonable levels and in accordance with building guidelines. All events must comply with local regulations and venue policies.

The space is to be used as intended and maintained throughout the event. Any damages or excessive cleaning requirements may incur additional charges.

We are happy to work with each group to create a thoughtful and well-executed event experience.
