• No open flames permitted, with the exception of birthday candles
• Confetti and glitter are permitted
• Outside vendors (photographers, florists, DJs, etc.) are welcome
• Guests may access the space up to 30 minutes prior to their booking for setup — additional setup time can be arranged with the host in advance
• Outside catering and alcohol arrangements must be discussed and approved by the host prior to the event
• No pets permitted
• Children are welcome
• All guests and vendors must treat the space and its furnishings with care — any damage to the property is the responsibility of the booker
