About this space
Our venue is for guests looking for a fun, intimate, and charming experience full of color, eclectic props and a touch of 80s/90s nostalgia. We have an open plan with high 15' ceilings.
PROPS & PHOTO OPPS: Our entire space is instagramable and fun.
DEDICATED SELFIE ROOM: We have a cozy, tucked-away nook perfect for snapping selfies and taking a break from the main party space! (Featured in the photos with the mirror and neon pink hangers.)
LIGHTING: During the day, large windows and skylights fill the rooms with natural light, creating a bright and airy atmosphere. At night, get on the dance floor and enjoy our RGB ceiling lights, our large disco ball and a DJ laser light show.
SOUND SYSTEM: We have integrated Spotify so guests can easily access pre-made playlists over our high-quality 440 watt sound system. We’ve placed speakers throughout the room to create a seamless, immersive listening experience. Alternatively guests can connect via bluetooth.
BABY BLUE BABY GRAND PIANO: We have a baby grand piano on-site perfect for live entertainment or fun impromptu sing-a-longs!
OUTSIDE ALCOHOL: Alcohol is permitted (with the exception of red wine) for a $100 corkage fee.
OUTSIDE FOOD: Out side food or catering is permitted. Nothing overly messy. No eating on the red velvet furniture.
LOCATION: We're conveniently located a few blocks from the Jefferson L train, just a 20-minute subway ride from Union Square. We are down the street from the House of Yes and Elsewhere.
Our space is perfect for intimate events and gatherings including but not limited to: birthday parties, costume parties, photo opps, karaoke parties, dance parties, tea parties, film screenings, listening parties, creative workshops, recitals, open mics, poetry nights, 80s / 90s themed parties, Y2K parties, networking events, game nights, pre-game gatherings before heading out to enjoy the area's vibrant nightlife (House of Yes and Elsewhere are down the street)...ect.

Host rules
ALL set up and wrap up time has to be included in the booked hours. If you need extra time for setting up or cleaning up, please plan ahead and book it in advance.
The rental includes the responsible use of the furniture inside the studio space. Any damages, spills and scratches are subject to be billed to the client after inspection. Personal drinks and food may be consumed. Please no drinks of food on the fancy red antique furniture. No liquids on the Cyc wall. No selling of alcohol in the space. The space has to be left free of any food leftovers and trash.
No glitter, confetti, etc. No messy foods. No Smoking. No access to the storage loft.
We suggest to plan ahead for at least the last 15 minutes of your booked time for the clean up. If the space is left dirty, messy or not in the original condition, a minimum of an additional $100 cleaning fee will be applied.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
