Our venue is a cozy and stylish home. It has large, comfortable sofas, colorful pillows, and beautiful decorations. There are many rooms, including a living room with a fireplace, a dining area with a big table, and a modern kitchen with an island. The walls have shelves filled with books and art. There are also large windows that bring in a lot of natural light.
The atmosphere in this place is relaxed and homey. It’s a perfect space for family gatherings or small events, with plenty of seating and cozy spots to relax. The dining area looks great for meals, and the kitchen is spacious. Overall, the place feels welcoming and full of character, with a nice mix of modern and classic design elements.

- Production Equipment Rentals: $2000 flat fee
Any hours not booked in advance will be charged at double the rate.

No food or drinks allowed inside the house without advance permission.
Floor and furniture protection expected if spaces used for film or photo shoots.
COI expected prior to first day of shoot.
No tape to floors. Tape only board-to-board when protection is put down.
No staging or props on furniture.
No stacking furniture.
All rentals include setup and teardown time; please inquire for details about staffing
Furniture must be moved back to where you found it
Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
