Fire, Smoke, and Equipment Restrictions:
- No fire, smoke, fog, haze, foam, bubbles, or vapor of any kind (except Eris-provided haze machines).
- Equipment exceeding 200 watts of power or lasers over 50mW output must be pre-approved.
Decorating and Damage Prevention:
- No duct tape, nails, screws, staples, or anything that may permanently damage the walls.
- Use gaffer’s tape or string for decoration, ensuring it does not affect sprinklers.
Security and Bartenders:
- No outside security or bartenders allowed.
- Special security or bar needs must be communicated; however, you must provide someone for ticket and cash handling.
Food and Drinks Policy:
- No outside drinks, CBD, THC, kratom, kava, or similar substances.
- Food requires pre-approval and NYC DOHMH permit or Eris-provided catering.
- For artist hospitality, arrange at booking or pay full price.
Sound Equipment:
- No external speakers allowed; Eris’s Funktion One rigs are optimized for the space.
- Instrument monitors (e.g., guitar amps) are permitted if positioned in front of the performer facing the stage.
Event Content Restrictions:
- No full nudity, sex acts, or strip club-type events.
- Artistic, literary, political, or social value works may be allowed with booking approval.
Non-Discrimination Policy:
- No discrimination based on race, gender/sex/orientation, national origin, family status, disability, or age (except minimum age to enter).
- Applies to marketing materials, door policies, and performers.
