Prices
We rent our spaces for 4 categories: meetings, productions, events, and showrooms.
Each category has different minimum hours, pricing, cleaning fees, etc.
We always charge three mandatory standard fees: space rental, cleaning, and studio manager.
Tagvenue then charges processing fees.
Depending on the number of people on-site, we might need more of our professionally trained studio managers on-site to make sure the booking goes smoothly.

IS THERE A CLEANING FEE?
Yes. We always clean the space before and after each booking. For multi-day bookings, we always charge for cleaning services after each check-out.
WILL THERE BE AN ON-SITE REP?
Yes. Fees are dependent on the number of hours.
DO I NEED A CERTIFICATE OF INSURANCE?
COI is mandatory for all companies that book us for productions, offsite meetings, and events. For individuals, we can offer trusted, affordable COI suppliers.

Occasionally, other fees may apply depending on your needs, such as a special trash pick-up fee, early delivery fee, late pick-up fee, freight fees outside business hours, additional site visit fees, art removal fee, furniture moving fee (for special pieces), etc.
All additional fees will be discussed with you as needed.
Tiers, prices and minimum hours may be different from what is shown on Tagvenue depending on rental category due to their settings.

Host rules
- The client agrees to abide by all NYC Fire Department regulations.
- No subletting or sharing of the space to or with any other company.
- No bicycles are allowed inside.
- No smoking.
- No animals (with the exception of licensed service animals).
- Please leave the space in the same condition you found it.
FURNITURE & EQUIPMENT
- Furniture and all provided equipment should be treated with care.
- Additional equipment should be handled with care and returned to the office. Renter/Client will be held responsible for any damage inflicted on studio equipment while in their possession.
PLEASE ASK FOR ASSISTANCE TO:

- Turn on or change air conditioners
- Operate Equipment
If a client/tenant, representative or group should violate any terms of this agreement, the owner of the space has the right to immediately evict any and all such persons including any and all associated with said person, without reimbursement.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
