Kinfolk & Kompany is an affordable, modern, family-owned event venue in Brooklyn offering a beautiful all-white blank canvas for birthdays, baby showers, bridal showers, private parties, family gatherings, corporate events, community events, celebrations of life, and more. Our approximately 2,000-square-foot indoor and outdoor venue can accommodate up to 80 seated guests and features glossy porcelain floors, modern lighting, a 14-foot food and beverage prep area, a private outdoor patio, Wi-Fi, tables and chairs, and optional sound equipment. Our venue is ground-level and wheelchair accessible, with an ADA-accessible restroom for added comfort and convenience. We are also conveniently located near public transportation, making it easier for guests to travel to and from your event. Our clean, flexible design allows you to transform the space to match your theme, colors, and vision—from simple and intimate to elegant and upscale. Whether you are planning a milestone celebration, shower, family gathering, business event, or community function, our goal is to provide a welcoming space where beautiful memories can be created. We are committed to providing exceptional value and will match or beat a comparable competitor’s venue rental price when the date, rental time, space, amenities, and services are similar. Host rules
• No smoking inside the venue. Smoking is permitted outdoors only.
• No illegal drugs or firearms are permitted on the premises.
• No glitter, confetti, nails, screws, open flames, candles, smoke machines, or items that may damage the walls, floors, or fixtures.
• Please do not use adhesives or tape that may leave residue or damage surfaces.
• Alcohol may only be served in accordance with applicable laws. If alcohol is being sold, a properly licensed bartender is required and guests must be 21 or older.
• Outside catering and professional vendors are permitted.
• Hibachi or other open-flame cooking is permitted outdoors only and must be handled by a professional vendor.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests are responsible for respecting the venue, furnishings, equipment, and neighboring properties.
• Any damage to the venue or equipment may result in additional charges.
• Music and amplified sound must remain at a reasonable level and comply with local noise regulations.
• All events must end at the agreed rental time, and all guests and vendors must vacate the premises promptly.
• Please remove all personal belongings and event materials at the end of your rental period.
