Host rules
• No smoking: Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
• Alcohol: No alcohol is permitted after 8:00 PM.
• Care of the space: Renters and guests are expected to treat the venue, furnishings, equipment, and fixtures with care. Any damage to the space or its contents may result in additional charges for repair or replacement.
• Cleaning: Basic cleaning is the responsibility of the host/renter. The space must be left clean and orderly at the conclusion of the event. Any applicable cleaning fee will be included in the booking price.
• Security deposit: A refundable security deposit may be required prior to the event. The deposit will be returned following a post-event inspection, provided the venue is left in satisfactory condition. Costs related to damage, excessive cleaning, missing items, or violations of the rental agreement may be deducted from the deposit.
• Cancellations: We have a 7-day cancellation policy. Cancellations made at least 7 days before the scheduled event may be eligible for a refund, subject to the terms of the rental agreement. Cancellations within 7 days may be subject to cancellation fees.
• Liability: The renter is responsible for the safety and conduct of their guests and vendors throughout the rental period and assumes responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or liability arising from their use of the space. All bookings are subject to the terms and conditions of the rental agreement.
• End of event: All guests, vendors, and personal belongings must be removed by the agreed-upon end time, unless otherwise arranged in advance.
