The space features an open floor plan with a lot of room for dining, entertainment, and dancing.
Prices
• $120 per hour from Monday to Thursday,
• $130 per hour on Fridays and Sundays,
• $150 per hour on Saturdays.
Every day a 10% discount applies to bookings of 8 hours or more.

Host rules
Clients may bring their own licensed caterer. No smoking or vaping inside or outside the venue. No illegal drugs or unlawful activity are permitted on the property. No open flames, fireworks, sparklers, or pyrotechnics. Decorations are welcome, but nothing may be attached in a way that damages walls, ceilings, floors, or fixtures. The renter is responsible for any damage caused by guests, vendors, or contractors during the event. The venue must be left in the same condition it was received, with all personal belongings and decorations removed. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. Only approved areas of the property may be used during the event. Outside alcohol is not permitted unless served by a properly licensed and insured caterer or bartender, in compliance with all applicable state and local laws. The renter is responsible for obtaining any required permits. The venue reserves the right to end an event if these rules are violated or if safety or property is at risk.
