KAYA Studios is a boutique event venue in Brooklyn with an open-concept layout for private celebrations, corporate gatherings, and creative productions. The space accommodates up to 70 guests and features a light interior, high ceilings, and a neutral setting that can be customised for different occasions.
The venue suits baby and bridal showers, birthdays, engagement parties, micro weddings, private dinners, networking events, book launches, workshops, pop-ups, and photo or video shoots.
Tables and chairs are included, along with access to a commercial prep kitchen and an ADA-friendly entrance. BYOB is permitted, with clients responsible for any required permits. Catering, décor, staffing, and event coordination can also be arranged through preferred partners.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• No illegal drugs or unlawful activity are permitted on the premises.
• The venue must be left in the same condition it was received. Please dispose of all personal belongings and decorations before departure.
• All decorations must be freestanding. Do not use nails, screws, staples, or adhesives that may damage walls, ceilings, floors, or furniture.
• Any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment will result in additional charges.
• Confetti, glitter, smoke bombs, open flames, and fireworks are not permitted inside the venue.
• Candles are permitted only if fully enclosed in glass holders.
• Guests must remain within the rented areas of the property.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Music must be kept at a respectful volume in accordance with local noise regulations.
• All vendors, deliveries, and event setup must take place during your reserved rental period.
• Setup and breakdown time must be included within your booking unless additional time has been arranged in advance.
• Tables and chairs provided by KAYA Studios must remain inside the venue unless prior approval is given.
• Guests are responsible for obtaining any permits or licenses required for their event, including any applicable alcohol permits.
• The renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests and vendors during the event.
• Any lost or forgotten items left behind will be held for a limited time. KAYA Studios is not responsible for items left on the premises.
