It accommodates up to 6 people and is suitable for photoshoots, production work, content creation, and brand campaigns.
Prices
- Seamless paper backdrop (white or black) included – one pull per session; additional pulls available at $10 each. Only white and black options are available.
- Photographer: $150 per hour.

Host rules
• Smoking on premises not allowed.
• No alcohol allowed after 8 pm.
• Staying past your booking without notice or permission will result in being charged time and a half.
• Please give 48 hours' notice for the removal of plants if not desired.
• Shared bathroom is located down the hall. Photo/video usage is not permitted in the bathroom.
• Viewings are not offered prior to bookings.
• There's one security camera in the living room. The camera will be on, and it only records video.
