The venue is bright and airy, with high ceilings, white-painted walls and pale hardwood floors that create a neutral backdrop and soft, even natural light. An adjoining room provides an alternate styling and shooting area for varied angles.
Room features: The studio supports sustained production with air conditioning, on-site Wi‑Fi and dedicated storage for props and equipment. Production support is available on site to assist shoots and setups.
Best for: This studio suits food photography, styled editorial and product shoots, and photography workshops or mentoring sessions.

Studio Guidelines:
No smoking of any kind inside or outside the studio. No illegal drugs. No alcohol without prior permission.
Music must be kept at reasonable levels and not contain vulgar or offensive lyrics.
No pets allowed.
Renters are not permitted to use items from neighboring studio without prior permission.
Security cameras and recording devices are in the space.
OVERTIME
The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
FURNITURE
Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke without prior permission.
