The space is reserved exclusively for calm, focused professional, creative and educational activities (meetups, workshops, mentorship sessions, small art exhibits, brainstorming, AI prototype demos, peer reviews, etc.).
No parties, social gatherings, loud events, music events, amplified sound or any disruptive activities are permitted at any time.
Strict quiet hours policy
Preferred booking window: 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM.
Very quiet operation required after 8:00 PM and before 8:00 AM. No loud conversations, equipment noise, moving furniture after hours, or any activity that could disturb residents in the mixed-use building.
No smoking or vaping
Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes or any tobacco/nicotine products are strictly prohibited inside the unit and in the entire building.
No open flames, cooking or strong odors
No candles, incense, open flames, cooking, frying, grilling, deep fryers, or anything that produces smoke, grease or strong smells.
Light snacks and outside catering are allowed (no on-site heating/cooking that requires cleanup beyond basic wiping).
Alcohol policyNo alcohol is permitted unless you receive explicit written approval from the host in advance via the platform chat.
If approved, consumption must remain quiet, professional and limited — no bar setups, drinking games or excessive drinking.
No pets
No animals of any kind are allowed in the space (service animals with proper documentation are the only exception).
No damage or permanent alterations to surfacesNo nails, screws, hooks, tape, adhesive, glue, command strips, paint, markers, glitter, confetti or any marking on walls, floors, windows, doors, exposed ducts/ceiling or fixtures.
Only removable display methods (easels, freestanding stands) are permitted. Any damage will result in repair/replacement charges.
Respect maximum capacityMaximum 40 people in the space at any time (comfortable seated capacity ≈ 20–25).
