Usage Restrictions:
No structural alterations to the building or canopy without prior written approval.
No drilling, painting, or attaching materials to walls, canopy, or existing structures without consent.
Restrooms may not be available for crew use unless arranged in advance.
No hazardous materials, pyrotechnics, or open flames without special permits and prior approval.
Hours of use subject to agreement; late-night or overnight shoots may require additional permissions.
Noise levels must comply with City of Austin ordinances.
Production must provide insurance coverage naming property owner as additional insured.
Site must be returned to original condition after use.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
