At Pecan Creek Lakehouse, our rentals offer the entirety of our expansive 1-acre waterfront property, including Texas-themed decor, or a 10-hour event block. You also have the option to rent our luxury farmhouse separately, accommodating 16 guests for a peaceful overnight stay.

We love animals, but do not allow them in our home. We have soft longleaf pine floors throughout the home that are soft, and dog nails destroy them. Sorry!
We allow events, weddings, and retreats at the property with approved contracts and fees. While we understand you will have dinners and friends over to enjoy the lake, a high headcount will not be allowed.
The City of Austin short-term rental only allows 10 adults (kid occupancy is negotiable). Events and gatherings and overnight guests exceeding our agreement are not allowed.
We offer a 3 PM check-in and a 12 noon check-out. The check-in time is sometimes malleable depending on the cleaning crew and turn of the previous booking. Please inquire.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
