The house holds up to 125 guests standing or around 42 seated, and moves easily between formal living space, an open entertaining area, a designer kitchen and landscaped outdoor grounds. High ceilings, natural light and clean modern lines make it a favourite for wedding receptions and ceremonies, rehearsal dinners, milestone birthdays, engagement parties, baby showers, corporate networking evenings, board dinners, brand activations, editorial shoots and film production.
Because it is a residence rather than a banquet hall, the mansion reads as private and personal on camera and in photographs, with no other event running alongside yours.
Every booking is delivered by D.I.Why? Events & Consulting: full-service planning, staffing, in-house catering and bar service, entertainment, décor, security and transportation, all coordinated through one point of contact. Paid on-site parking is available. Tell us your date, guest count and the experience you have in mind, and we will come back with a plan and a number.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the house — designated outdoor areas only.
• All catering and bar service is provided in-house or arranged through D.I.Why? Events & Consulting. Outside food and beverage is not permitted without prior written approval.
• Valid photo ID is required for alcohol service. Alcohol service ends at 2:00 am.
• Nothing may be nailed, taped, screwed or adhered to walls, floors, ceilings or fixtures. No confetti, glitter, rice, sparklers or open flame without prior written approval.
• Load-in, setup, breakdown and load-out must all take place within the contracted rental window.
• The licensed capacity of the space may not be exceeded under any circumstances.
• This is a private residence in a residential neighbourhood — amplified sound must comply with local noise ordinances and guests are asked to be considerate on arrival and departure.
• Any damage to the house, fixtures, equipment or furnishings will be charged to the client.
• The client is responsible for the conduct of their guests, vendors and contractors for the duration of the booking.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
