• No smoking inside the house or garage.

• Long term stays allowed.
• Cars should be parked in the garage, car port or on the driveway. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
• No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
• Do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage.
• Return furniture to its original location before the end of your booking.
• The pool is usually open between approximately mid-March and mid-November or so depending on the weather. If your reservation is near this time of year, please confirm with us that the pool is open.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
