The Terrace is Believe Music Hall’s elevated outdoor event space, offering a rooftop-style atmosphere with city views, lounge potential, and a more scenic, intimate feel. It is ideal for sunset events, cocktail hours, private parties, brand activations, networking mixers, content-driven events, VIP receptions, DJ sets, and curated social gatherings.
The Terrace provides a stylish open-air setting. With bar access, flexible layout options, lounge seating potential, photo/content moments, and DJ setup possibilities, the space can be used on its own or paired with Wish Lounge, the Garden Patio, or the Main Room for a larger event experience.
Prices
What’s Included
Venue rental may include access to the booked event space, basic in-house sound and lighting, standard venue staffing, bar service setup, basic production support, and use of existing venue furniture or fixtures where available. Inclusions may vary by space and event type.
Additional Fees
Additional fees may apply for extended event hours, overtime, additional staffing, security, advanced production needs, special lighting requests, staging, SFX, cleaning, furniture rentals, outside vendor approvals, damages, or incidentals.
Deposit Requirement
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the event date. No refunds will be issued on deposits once paid. Dates are not considered confirmed until the deposit has been received and the agreement has been completed.
Final Payment
The remaining 50% balance is due no later than 10 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Any approved fees, overages, or incidentals may be billed separately.
Bar & Alcohol
All bar and bottle service is handled through the venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Bar minimums, hosted bar options, bottle service, or revenue-share structures may vary based on the event agreement.
Production & Vendors
Basic in-house production may be available depending on the space. Additional production, custom lighting, staging, SFX, or technical requests must be approved in advance and may be subject to additional fees. All outside vendors must be approved by the venue, and vendor fees may apply. Food and hookah vendors are provided in-house.

Host rules
Booking & Payments
A signed agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit are required to secure the event date. No refunds will be issued on deposits once paid. Final payment is due no later than 10 days before the event, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
Alcohol & Bar Service
All alcohol, bar service, and bottle service must be handled through the venue. Outside alcohol is not permitted. Any violation may result in event termination.
Vendors
All vendors must be approved by the venue in advance. Vendor fees may apply. Food and hookah vendors are provided in-house, and outside food or hookah vendors are not permitted unless approved in writing.
Security & Guest Entry
Venue-approved security is required for all events. Guest entry, ID checks, bag checks, wristbands, and re-entry policies will be managed based on the event type and venue requirements.
Decor & Setup
Decorations and custom setups must be approved in advance. Decor may not damage walls, floors, furniture, fixtures, or production equipment. Confetti, glitter, open flames, hanging installations, and special builds may require approval or may not be permitted.
Production & SFX
All production needs, lighting requests, staging, DJs, live performances, and SFX must be discussed and approved before the event. Additional production or SFX may be subject to extra fees.
Event Timing
Event hours, load-in, soundcheck, doors, event end time, and load-out must be confirmed with the venue in advance. Overtime or extended hours may result in additional charges.
Damages & Cleaning
The client is responsible for any damages, excessive cleaning, missing items, or incidentals caused by guests, vendors, performers, or event staff.
Venue Policies
All guests, vendors, and event staff must follow venue policies, local laws, safety rules, and staff instructions at all times. The venue reserves the right to stop or modify any activity that creates a safety concern or violates the agreement.
