The main event area can accommodate different seating arrangements, making it suitable for birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, wedding receptions, anniversary celebrations, graduation parties, and family gatherings. The space is also available for corporate meetings, networking events, workshops, seminars, and training sessions.

For creative events, the venue features a performance area suitable for live music, showcases, and private concerts. The open interior can also be used for photography, filming, and content creation, with private suites available for dressing, preparation, or additional event activities.

1. Rental Hours: Setup, decorating, vendor access, events, and cleanup must occur within your reserved time. Additional time requires approval and may incur fees.

2. Capacity: Guest count must not exceed approved occupancy limits.

3. Smoking: Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors.

4. Alcohol: Allowed only with prior written approval and compliance with applicable laws. Licensed bartenders, permits, or insurance may be required. Unauthorized alcohol sales are prohibited.

5. Catering: Outside catering is welcome. Kitchenette use is permitted. No open-flame cooking or unauthorized appliances.

6. Decorations: No nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, or materials that damage walls or floors. Remove all decorations afterward.

7. Music: DJs and entertainment are welcome with approval. Noise must remain at reasonable levels.

8. Cleaning: Remove belongings, decorations, and trash. Excessive cleaning or damage may result in additional fees.

9. Furniture: Tables and chairs may be rearranged with approval and must be returned to their original positions.

10. Restricted Areas: Classrooms, offices, testing equipment, musical instruments, and storage areas are off-limits unless authorized.

11. Children: Must be supervised by an adult at all times.

12. Safety: No fireworks, weapons, hazardous materials, or open flames. Keep exits clear.

13. Vendors: Outside vendors must follow venue rules and rental hours.

14. Damages: Renters are responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors, subject to booking terms.
