Recently, did an event for my daughter's 100th day. The whole event went smoothly, with about 40 to 50 pax coming. The space was enough to accommodate the pax, photo taking area and in addition the bouncy castle. Zann was also very responsive and was very patience when answer my queries. Would definitely rent the venue again in the future.
The only thing about this is the gantry to the carpark. During the first visit, I didn't know that it does not have the IU scanner gantry, and it only accept NETS flashpay card (Manually). As a result I wasn't able to go in and have to reverse into the oncoming traffic. Which was quite a scare. However, to compensate this, there is a carpark at CT Hub 2 which have many lots and right beside the location. Which subsequently saved me from alot of trouble.

Ju Space was roomy, spotless, and bright, perfect for hosting a birthday party. The venue came fully equipped with everything we needed, including a water dispenser, two fridges, a mini pantry, and a private toilet. There were also plenty of board games and even a karaoke system available for use, though we didn’t get around to trying them. We also want to highlight how helpful and accommodating Zann was. We ran into a hiccup at the end because our caterer was delayed, but Zann was patient, understanding, and made the situation much less stressful for us. Our guests commented that it was a lovely and comfortable space. Overall, a great venue and a smooth experience.
Parking within the building is quite limited, and the parking gantry is a little old and doesn’t always function smoothly. Thankfully, there’s ample parking in the next building over, so it wasn’t a major inconvenience for our guests.
