The venue was good for a kid’s birthday party. I booked the place for my daughter’s first birthday. There’s a small games room with a convertible pool/air hockey table, soft play area for toddlers and inflatable bouncy castle. There are enough tables and chairs to seat 60-80 pax, and a dedicated space for catering etc.
While the venue was good, I had a bad experience liaising with the person in charge on the day of the party. We rented the venue from 11am, but the desserts had been delivered earlier than expected, and I wanted to check if someone was there to help receive the items or if the venue was already opened, but I did not receive any response until 1.5h later (when the rental period started). It is certainly reasonable to expect the venue person to be available to respond to queries or provide assistance on the day of the event, and not available only at the exact time that our rental started. It doesn’t help our anxiety when the person in charge is so unresponsive on the actual day of event. In addition, we were told there’s a water filter at the venue with room temperature and hot water, but it was not working on the day of the party. These things should have been checked to ensure everything is in working order before the event. While the space itself is nice for a kid’s birthday, due to the above negative aspects, I would not return to or recommend this venue.

The place is spacious, and there are plenty of activities for our guest. The guest are happy and asking for more gathering at the place. The host is friendly and actively update me on the location and how to set up the place. Everything is in order. And location is easy to access.
The karaoke projector is dark and cannot see well.

The host Angeline and her husband were amazing. They even helped us with the decorations. The space is huge and the kids went just crazy with the options that they have. This is an amazing place for kids and adults in general to spend time.
If the owners could just give some time may an hour earlier then the main event it gives us time to prepare and decorate the place. Some flexibility goes a long way.
