Highly recommend. We loved the space! Great vibes, spacious, easy to find (just follow the building directions). Superbly located - public transport and cheap parking nearby. We love the wifi, full presentation set up, great aircon, inhouse music, ensuite restroom, fridge, microwave. The vintage furniture, games and other fun decor really added to the calm and cosy feel. We love the fabulous support from Ed! Lots of details on how to get to the venue. Greatly appreciate the thoughtful support, e.g., provided environmental friendly cutlery and plates for our snack table. Will definitely come back again.

Friendly service.

If you wish to setup early, even for a few minutes before your scheduled time, you are required to pay an absurd and borderline exploitative amount of money. Our RSVP'd guests found the room very challenging to find, even locals. As a result, many registered guests gave up after looking for 5+ minutes and did not attend.

room2f is a multi-use event space that is a hybrid between a cafe-like setting and gallery space. You can showcase, share & engage, get together, create new ideas and hold all important work or life events within this beautiful space.

Conveniently located in the City Hall and Bugis area, the space can hold up to 70 pax sitting or 90 pax standing.

The space comprises a bar and reception with open seating area, an assortment of board, card and tabletop games, retro video game machines, curated books and magazines, as well as a gallery wall for you to display your works, photos or products.

Projection equipment and microphones are available upon request. You can showcase, share & engage, get together, create new ideas and hold all important work or life events within this beautiful space.

We cater to both private events, corporate events, photography and video shoots at affordable rates. Just write to us if you need a space that can work to your needs.

Our venue is registered and ready for Gebiz & Vendors at Gov.
Bras Basah Complex is also a certified BCA Greenmark Building.

The space includes projectors with two screens, two wireless microphones with a sound system, a bar counter with a fridge, sink, electric kettle and microwave, and an en-suite toilet. We also provide more than 80 tabletop, board and card games, plus a 1m-tall Giant Gameboy, a three-player Bishi Bashi arcade machine and a Nintendo retro game system.

Cancellations 60 days in advance will receive a full refund.

Cancellations 60 days to 30 days in advance will receive a 50% refund.
