I honestly can't thank the Metropolitan YMCA team enough, especially Karen. From the first day I contacted her until the end of my event, she was simply amazing. She was patient, attentive, and always made me feel that my event mattered.
Karen went above and beyond to accommodate my requests, and I was so touched when they upgraded our venue. It was a wonderful surprise that made our event even more memorable.
Working with Karen was effortless. She was responsive, professional, and genuinely cared about ensuring everything ran smoothly. Every detail was handled with care, giving me complete peace of mind.

The service rendered by Ms Karen Vo. It was a breeze working with her.
The sound system at the Vine Ballroom and the technical team on duty couldn't help much and my event went without much support from the sound system. Luckily our DJ had a back up system with speakers.
