The venue itself was clean, well-maintained, and provided the perfect atmosphere for our gathering , good location easy to find, very helpful and prompt reply from Highfive owners. Very accomodating owners to allows to shifts the layout and hangs the decorations and timing.
We do not have enough batteries for the microphones to last for the whole events, as all the spare batteries , died before our event end, thus would appreciate if there is more spare batteries,

The venue was exactly as advertised, the facilities all worked really well, the coordinator met us early to explain how to operate all the different entertainment options in the venue, they were very flexible in accommodating our requests, and they were very responsive to our queries. Definitely recommend

Held a company event here. Space was comfortable, with games (pool table, dart machine, Nintendo switch) and karaoke provided. Guests had a lot of fun. Liked that there is also space outside to setup larger buffets. Appreciate that I was able to view the place before deciding.
Even though there were extra seats provided, it is quite a squeeze to fit 60 people (seated) on the 1st floor. If spread across 2 floors will be fine. Had this issue as we had a group activity. Just a note for others who plan to host activities using only the 1st floor. Also felt that staff was not very attentive to the seating arrangement I requested for. When arrived on the day, staff was not really sure on how to arrange the tables even though I had sent a mock up previously.
