Paul provided valuable references and thoughtful assistance during the birthday party planning. On the event day, the external vendor executed the setup exactly as depicted in the pictures, and it was gorgeous. The restaurant's ground staff demonstrated a strong commitment, ensuring prompt and efficient service for the food orders. Led by Yuan and Jun, the team delivered impeccable service, contributing to a fantastic overall experience.
The booking and planning process was smooth from start to finish. Paul was lovely to chat with. They provided additional tables as we had a pretty big attendance. The staff onsite where really friendly and helpful as well. Food and beverages were decent. The venue itself is rather pretty, and furnitures were new-ish. So I do recommend if you are looking for a venue to host celebrations!
The AC was a bit warm when it got crowded - but it might be central AC which the venue cannot control.
The location is convenient for our guests coming over from all places.
Halfway through our party, the restaurant become very noisy as somehow they scheduled some ceiling work at that time 😞
We love this event venue , interior design suit our theme. Love their staff and maagement to handle the event.
