Situated within 50 Raffles Place and located just steps away from Raffles Place MRT station, the tower is surrounded by shopping malls, restaurants and cafes. The 47-storey tower attracts reputable companies and organisations. Several embassies also call the building home, including Germany, Colombia and Ukraine.
Overlooking the Singapore River and other iconic office buildings, the Singapore Land Tower is furthering its prestige by adding further enhancements to the space. Aiming to introduce a greener space by 2024, new features such as energy-efficient lifts, electric car parking, showers and an F&B roof garden will be added.
