I had a 2 day event, on 26th and 27th November. The female reception staff at level 22 was very helpful. She was really accommodating. The room was wonderful and everything was almost perfect
The person that i booked this room from had not coordinated well with the entrance staff at the first level. I had given them a list of attendees for the event way before the event but this list was not sent to the entrance staff, thus my guests had to be held up. Proper coordination would have helped and made it more professional.

Space was great.
I had expressly asked for certain things which the venue promised would be available however on the actual day, we were told they didn't have enough tables to use. The team managed to find tables at the last minute but they seemed unprepared. The tables in the room were supposed to be combined but were separated when I came in to set up for the event. The issue was rectified but we were forced to have our guests wait outside the room whilst we quickly assisted the staff in moving the tables.
