The central location.
The vestiges of smell from cooked food consumed by the occupants still remain in the meeting rooms.
I suggest that the rest area at the back of the premises be designated as an eating area.
Also the meeting room do not have a dustbin to throw rubbish.
Thanks and I will continue to book the meeting rooms and recommend to others.

- The room was clean and tidy, and It is a very small room but having a place that allowed for bookings till late into the night helped because most of us can only discuss our other side businesses after our normal working hours.
- All the info was readily available in big, clear signs on the door and even the ladies' toilet key was clearly indicated.
- The sound-proofing was adequete but wasn't enough to keep out the singing from the 'entertainment' room at the end of the corridor.
- Finding the place was easy, the pricing is reasonable, and I would definitely book it again.
- Although it did not smell fresh, the provided bottle of air mist and the turning on of the air-conditioning unit helped.
- It is truly a small room, without a window, as per the photos.
- The clock doesn't work, so don't base your time on that.

Location good and very easy to find and access.
It’s clean and tidy but smells really bad. Can’t tell what the smell is - sort of mix of plasticky and rotten something. They put room odour eliminator / perfume things but doesn’t work.
