The space was good and would fit four pax comfortably
When I arrived, there was another group in the room. Turns out there was a double-booking and I was informed that this was not the first time. It usually happens when one party book via Tagvenue and another party book through the location's website. There was also a smell lingering in the room but the location provided room spray so that was ok

The location is very near to the train station and sheltered all the way. There are also many food options, and a 7-11 just at the next block within steps away. The entire training venue is very new, clean with all the basic amenities for conducting a training. Overall, it is a tremendous experience and will consider again for future training destinations.
