KEI Studio is a 1,000 sqft bright, airy, and pet-friendly event space in Central Singapore, ideal for birthday parties, proposals, wedding solemnisation, baby showers, gender reveals, photoshoots, workshops, and gatherings of up to 40 guests.
The venue features dreamy floral setup, soft lighting, and aesthetic interiors, creating a ready-to-use setting — with full private access during your session.

• Weekdays: $65/hour

Prices
All equipment, props, and amenities are included in your booking.
Monday-Thursday:
$65/ hour | 2 hours onwards
Friday-Sunday, Public Holidays & Eves:
$90/ hour | 2 hours onwards
A full payment of the following is required to confirm booking:
• Venue Rental Fee for the date and time of your choice
• Maintenance Fee of $60
• Refundable Security Deposit of $200 (We will follow up with payment instruction for this via chat)
Please note that the booking time includes setup and cleanup, and you are required to reset the space to the same condition as it was handed over to you before leaving!
We recommend factoring in some extra time to ensure everything goes smoothly ◡̈
The security deposit will be returned upon satisfactory studio handover, provided there is no breach of studio usage or terms (https://www.keistudio.co/terms-conditions) and no extensive cleanup is required after your session.

Setup, Decorations & Cleanup:
• All setup, teardown, and clean-up must be completed within your booking hours
• No sticking or pasting anything on any surface including walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures
• Please restore the space with all equipment and props returned to their original positions before vacating
• All trash and general mess must be cleared before you leave — You may use the bins located right outside the entrance
• In the event of any incidents requiring extra cleanup, additional fees will apply
General:
• No shoes beyond level 1
• No smoking on the premises (including entrance, corridor, or near neighbouring shopfronts)
Studio Usage:
• All equipment, props, and amenities must be handled with care and used appropriately
• Please do not remove, adjust, or tamper with any permanent decorations (eg. framed pieces, backdrops, floral wall, and any mounted installations)
• If you would like to extend your session, please check with us beforehand for availability
Bringing Your Pets:
• We don't require diapers, but we do recommend them for all pet guests to help keep the space clean and accident-free
• You are fully responsible for cleaning up after your own pet(s) on the premises (including entrance, corridor, and neighbouring shopfronts)
Event Setup & External Services:
• All catering, deliveries, and event setup/teardown activities must be carried out entirely within your booked hours
• Overtime fees will apply for any usage beyond your booked hours (including but not limited to delay from vendors, late arrivals, or extended teardown)
To help keep things fair and smooth for all guests, kindly note that failure to do any of the above may result in penalty or overtime charges deducted from the security deposit.
Lastly, we kindly ask for your help in keeping the space clean and tidy during your visit. It makes a huge difference for the next person and helps everyone have a great experience!
