- Parking is chargeable at $2/hour on weekdays (payable to the guard directly). Weekends are FOC.
- Vehicle loading & unloading of equipment at the lift lobby (it is a no-steps direct level access to our unit).

*Our studio has a shoe-off policy unless the soles are taped down, or if the shoes are brand new. Breach of rule will incur a $600 cleaning fee.
There might also be a studio manager present on the day of your rental to help you out with anything you may require. If you prefer not to, please inform us beforehand.
