The studio is an open rectangular space with a high ceiling, timber-effect flooring and a black painted wall opposite broad white surfaces. The ceiling-mounted grid supports lighting and rigging and there are no visible windows, so artificial light is used throughout.

Room features: The space offers Wi‑Fi and a PA system for on-set playback, enforces a noise restriction suitable for recording, and supplies backdrops for chroma or studio setups; step-free guest entrance and wheelchair access are provided.

• Any damage or loss to equipment, furniture, or the studio space will be the renter’s responsibility.
• All items must be returned to their original position after use.
• Custom painting of the color wall is available upon request for an additional fee.
• Renters must keep the studio clean and organized throughout their session.
• Setup and cleanup must be completed within the booked time slot. Additional charges apply for overtime.
• At the end of the rental, all trash must be removed and disposed out of the studio.
• No smoking or alcohol is allowed in or around the studio.
• No shoes in the studio, except in designated photoshoot areas.
• Eating and drinking are allowed—please keep the space tidy.
• Do not drag furniture or equipment; ask for assistance if items need to be moved.
• Ensure all lights and air-conditioning units are turned off before leaving.
