Host rules
1. Please return everything back to its original place by end of shoot.
2. No painting, drilling on all walls/structures.
3. You may bring in your own furnitures and props if required. Please let us know in advance.
4. If you plan to move any big furniture around (e.g., Sofa, Dining Table), please let us know in advance.
5. Avoid dragging/pulling of furnitures on the floor that will lead to scratches.
6. If you need to extend the usage hour, let us know in advance. Extended use will be applied by each hour block at the same fixed rate. Additional S$30 per hour for after 11pm. (Subject to availability).
7. Doors should be locked when no one is in the house. Only staffs, or people involved in the intended shoot/film can be in the house at all times.
8. Please ensure all safety precautions are in place for all members. (E.g., no climbing near windows, playing with fire etc.)
9. If anything breaks or spoiled during the shoot, do let us know as soon as possible.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period

With the apartment situated right in central Singapore, it is super convenient if any of the crew members are coming from different parts of the city. It’s a private space that feels homely but still practical for production use, and the layout makes it easy to switch between different backdrops without needing to move locations.
