Host rules

1. Please clean up the area and return it as it was.

2. When pets are brought in, ensure that they have a pee pad ready to prevent them from staining our furniture and space.

3. Smoking is allowed only outside of the studio.

4. Items borrowed from the location should be returned back to where they were taken.

5. Please do not blast music after midnight.

6. Note that any damages to the studio or the items in the studio will be charged in a separate invoice. This includes stains on floor and walls.

7. Ensure that everything is switched off before leaving.

8. You may load/unload at the loading bay, but please do not park your vehicle there.

9. Any adhesive tape/spray apart from Bluetack and 3m command wall tape is prohibited on the walls.

I liked that the venue was very big and spacious. It had a lot of seating arrangement too.

I didn't like the fact that in one corner there was a lot random stuff dumped. It made that section of the venue look very messy and random. I was charged a 40 dollar cleaning fee during the booking and later the owner charged additional 30 dollars as cleaning fees for some spilled chips. So i didn't like that 2 cleaning fees were charged. I understand that if some additional and special cleaning was required I would be liable to pay more. But if it were just spilled chips, I would expect it to be covered in the initial cleaning fees
