The meeting room comes with a 55-inch HDTV, ceiling-mounted projector, sound system, and glass board (for writing) and has a seating capacity of 24 people.

Seating can be arranged according to your needs. The room has access to natural light. We will provide high-speed WiFi and refreshment can be provided upon request.

1. The rates quoted at each venue (Full day means 8 hours)
For Meeting room: Furniture, a glass board with markers, a ceiling-mounted projector, a sound system, and wifi.
For Co-working Lounge: Furniture, 3 adjustable tables which can be converted into whiteboard, pantry area which includes Snacks, Canned and Packet Drinks, Snacks, Coffee Machines and Ice-cream.
For Game Room/Activity Room: Nintendo Switch, Board Games, 1 table and 1 Sofa.
2. No loud music is allowed at any area
3. Set up of any of the rooms can be customizable according to your requirements. Please inform us beforehand.
4. You can arrange your own caterer at your own cost. Foods are to be placed within the room.
5. As we are not charging any cleaning fees please return the room as it was before. All trash to be disposed in the bin provided. Please keep the floor free from litter.
6. Security Deposit Rules

The meeting room is clean, spacious and has all the facilities we need. Location is centralised too. Highly recommend for training or workshop.

Beautiful venue :) The space was brightly-lit, spacious and really clean. I also like how natural lighting was shining into the venue, making the learning space chirpy and comfortable for my participants. The learning studio was also well-ventilated with the air smelling fresh and nice. An aromatic scent welcomed me the moment I stepped into the space and I instantly felt cosy. I noticed that my participants settled rather quickly into the space too. The contact person and his friendly team was responsive and helpful from the moment I confirmed my booking with them. From the seating arrangement to preparing drinking water for my participants, the wifi setting and offered to do the light setting for me during my presentation even though they could've let me do it. Thank you for attending to my needs to the best you could. My participants and I could also order drinks like hot coffee for a small fee from the co-working lounge next to the studio, which was pretty cool as we didn't have to travel down. Even though the studio was located within a co-working space with parents, students and other members of public walking pass once in awhile, there was still enough privacy as the studio was divided by full glass panels. Also, there are blackout curtains that could be drawn if we like. I'm looking forward to book this space again for my next workshop!

There was nothing bad enough to dislike about the studio but I do have two minor feedback for the studio's consideration. The first would be something about the lighting in the room, and the second is a small technical issue with regards to the HDMI cable that affected connectivity between projector and my macbook. There was a part where I couldn't switch the ceiling light back on using the switch after watching one of my videos. In the end, I had to get the staff working on-site to help switch it back on from the main room. Also, I felt that the room was too dark for my participants to write anything on their notebooks when the light was switched off. I wonder if New Dawn Learning Studio would consider installing some dimmer back/side lights to use if we had to switch off the main lighting. This way, the room would not go completely dark and then we have to take awhile to adjust our eyes when they light suddenly comes on again (My participants were squinting their eyes when that happened). I'd also like to propose to have the switches labelled if possible. The light & projector switches looked exactly the same and I couldn't tell which was which. The first time I tried to meddle with the switches, I ended up switching off the projector screen as my co-trainer was doing her briefing with our participants. It took awhile to restart the projector again. Also, the in-house HDMI cable seemed to be a loose because there were a few times that our laptops disconnected from the projector screen (blue screen) halfway during our presentations. Last but not least, I thought that the audio of the HDMI cable wasn't working at first hence I was playing the audio from my laptop throughout the whole session. The owner of the place later told me that it could've been that my laptop setting was not done correctly and offered to help me check my settings when I come for my next booking. All in all, my team had a wonderful time at New Dawn Learning Studio. Thank you for taking good care of us!
