Corporate Serviced Offices is located at 1 Scotts Road, #24-05 Shaw Centre. Shaw House and Shaw Centre is a complex of two neighboring buildings built by the same developer (Shaw Organisation).

Located prominently at the intersection of Orchard Road with Scotts Road and Paterson Road, this strategic intersection lies at the heart of the Orchard Road corridor and is linked by underpasses directly to Orchard MRT Station and Wheelock Place.
