- Include preparation / pack up / cleaning time in your booking slot. Any early use or extension of the booking time will be charged accordingly.
- After using the room, please wipe down the whiteboard and desk, vacuum the floor, clean equipments and throw your trash in the trash can.
- Please refrain from loud noises such as shouting or listening to loud music so as not to disturb the neighbours.
- Users can change the furniture arrangement. Please move items back to their original position after use.
- Keeping the entrance door open is prohibited.
- Please turn off the A/C and lights when leaving the room.
- It is prohibited to take any equipments out of the space without permission.
- Any actions such as unplugging or changing the wiring in the space without permission are prohibited.
- Users can decorate in the space during booking. Please restore it to original state after use.
- If you run into someone in the space during booking, please be sure to confirm the booking each other or let us know on the spot. Complaints will not be accepted after the booking slot.
- No smell allowed in the premises.
- Smoking is prohibited in the premises.
- Changing the position of the CCTV without permission or interfering with their functions is strictly prohibited.
- Bookings cannot be changed after the date charged cancellation fee.
- We cannot keep booking slots before payment is made.
- Please contact us first during booking slot if you unable to enter the room.
- Please note that we cannot offer refunds if you are unable to use free amenities and facilities.
