1. Booking & Access
- Bookings require confirmation and deposit.
- Access begins 15 minutes before the event.
- Extra setup/teardown time must be arranged in advance.
2. Capacity & Layout
- Stay within the approved capacity.
- Furniture can be moved but must be returned to its original setup.
- Special layouts must be requested 48 hours prior.
3. Equipment Use
- TV, camera, and projector are available for presentations and video playback.
- Guests are responsible for device compatibility.
- Damaged equipment will be chargeable.
4. Food & Beverages
- F&B must be ordered through OxyCaffe unless approved otherwise.
- Outside catering may incur a surcharge.
- Alcohol service requires prior arrangement.
5. Noise & Conduct
- Keep noise at a reasonable level.
- Activities must be respectful and safe.
- OxyCaffe may intervene if disruptions occur.
6. Decorations
- Light décor allowed; no nails, adhesives, glitter, or confetti.
- All décor must be removed after the event.
7. Cleanliness
- Leave the space tidy.
- Additional cleaning fees apply for excessive mess.
8. Safety & Liability
- Follow all safety guidelines.
- OxyCaffe is not responsible for lost items.
- Children must be supervised.
9. Payment & Cancellation
- Full payment is required before or on event day.
- Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the deposit.
- Rescheduling depends on availability.
