My 3-room apartment is thoughtfully designed to feel both inviting and visually inspiring, making it an ideal setting for photo shoots, video productions, and creative projects of all kinds.
Natural light fills the space throughout the day, highlighting clean lines, cozy textures, and carefully curated details that translate beautifully on camera. If you’re lucky, you may catch the beautiful sunset on some evenings.

Guests under 18 are not allowed
Host rules
1. Please treat the apartment space with care and return all items back to its original place by the end of the shoot
2. You may use the props found on shelves. Please inform us in advance and return them back to it's original place
3. No shifting of furniture is allowed except the sofa but please inform us in advance
4. Avoid dragging equipments or furniture as it will scratch the vinyl flooring
5.. No smoking at all times
6. If food and drinks are consumed, please ensure there is no spillage. Any damages or stains are found, it will incur a fee
7. Coffee and Tea can be made available but please inform us in advance
8. If you intend to use any kitchen appliances or plates/cutlery, please inform us in advance and ensure it is cleaned up by the end of the shoot
9. If you intend to use the TV, please inform us in advance
10. If you intend to extend the usage hours or foresee your shoot overrunning, a $100/per hour rate or $150/per hour after 10pm applies (subject to availability)
11. Please ensure safety precautions are in place at all times
12. All furnitures are new. If any items are damaged or spoilt, a damage fee will be incurred. Please inform us by the end of the shoot. This includes scratches, stains, spillage.
13. No painting or hanging of items on walls
14. If it rains, please close all windows
15. Host will be around at all times during the entire booking slot
