Our home offers a cosy, open and naturally-lit space available for photoshoots, filming and creative productions. With warm wood finishes, soft neutral interiors and a calm, lived-in feel, it provides a versatile backdrop for lifestyle, home and product content. We have a spacious living and dining area, an open-concept kitchen and sea views towards Coney Island, with beautiful morning light and sunrise views. A public rooftop garden on the same floor also offers an additional outdoor setting for shoots.

You’ll have access to the entire advertised space during your booking, including kitchen amenities. Conveniently located approximately 7-minute walk from Punggol Coast MRT, the venue is fully air-conditioned and accessible by lift, with parking available downstairs at standard HDB parking rates.

Isabell’s home was so cosy & beautiful! We loved 2 things 1) Isabell, our host! — Warm, friendly and accommodating. We had great chats with her and she shared with us more about how she decided on the interior/look & feel of her home. Very personable. :) 2) The home itself, of course! Lots of natural light coming in, with wooden textures and tones in the house that made it very cosy. Isabell also has many unique home Knick knacks which bring personality/character to the space. Bonus that the roof garden is literally just there, and the shoreline is right downstairs. We used it well for our shoot. :)
