Cheap and clean, has toilet, multiple backdrop colours and simple furniture, good selection of lights

Venue was fairly spacious, organised and clean. Amenities were plentiful and the staff were helpful.
Location is about a 15 minute walk from the closest MRT station. The garage door occasionally rattles when vehicle pass by-- might be a problem if some shoots are sound sensitive.
