Host rules
• Cleanliness: The studio must be left in the same clean and tidy condition as it was found. Any excessive mess or damage caused
will incur additional cleaning fees.
• Damage of Property: The client is responsible for any damage caused to the studio equipment, props, or facilities. Any repair or
replacement costs will be charged to the client.
• Payment in Advance: Full payment for the studio booking + $50 refundable deposit must be made in advance to secure the
reservation. Failure to make payment may result in cancellation of the booking.
• Theft: The studio is not responsible for any theft or loss of personal belongings brought into the premises. Clients are advised to
take necessary precautions and ensure the security of their belongings.
• Booking Duration: The client must adhere to the agreed-upon booking duration. Any extension of the booking must be requested in
advance and is subject to availability.
• Studio Rules: Clients must follow all studio rules and regulations provided by the management. Failure to comply may result in the
termination of the booking without refund.
• Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 48 hours of the booking will not be eligible for a refund. Cancellations made prior to
48 hours will be subject to a cancellation fee.
• Liability: The studio is not liable for any injuries or accidents that occur during the client's use of the premises. Clients are
responsible for their own safety and the safety of their guests.
• Equipment Usage: Clients are responsible for using the studio equipment properly and safely. Any damage caused by misuse will
be charged to the client.
• Missing Items: If there are missing items in the premises, the studio will playback the CCTV camera and report any unlawful activity
to the police
• No smoking in the studio and no drinking of alcohol
• Indemnification: Clients agree to indemnify and hold the studio harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from their
use of the premises.
