- Please be careful around the home, take care of it like it's your own! :)
- Smoking is not allowed inside the house. Smoking at the rubbish chute area (5 steps away only)
- Return all items to their original positions and leave the space clean after each shoot.
- Do not use nails to hang props; please opt for wall-safe alternatives to avoid damage.
- Additional charges may apply for any damages.
- Kindly inform me in advance if you need to move large or heavy furniture.

About Hougang HDB! #film #video #photo #podcast

This home is a cosy little escape inspired by hotels around the world, but with pops of my personality, infused with pop colours all around. It is a 4-room HDB apartment with a big living + dining + kitchen space, 1 study room, and 1 guest bedroom available, as well as multiple electrical points all around the flat, and many supermarkets and coffee shops right downstairs around the neighbourhood.

This space is primarily for photo/film/video shoots, and it features an open concept kitchen with a fixed island and 4 bar stools, a round yellow dining table that sits 6-8, curved ceiling corridor, wooden vibes with colour pops, a study room, and a guest room. The master bedroom is out of bounds. Furniture can be moved around, but please make sure it goes back to its original position after the shoots! Will also appreciate anyone in here to be careful and take care of things! After all, this is a home!
