Punctuality: Your booking period includes setup and teardown. Please ensure all equipment and personnel have exited the space by the end of your scheduled time to avoid overtime fees.
After-Hours Access: Bookings outside of standard operational hours are permitted by prior arrangement. Please request these times during the initial booking process.
Furniture Handling: While furniture may be moved to suit your production, please notify us in advance. To protect the flooring, all items must be lifted, never dragged.
Shoe Policy: To maintain the cleanliness of the set, we operate a strict no-shoe policy inside the studio. We recommend bringing clean indoor-only shoes or using the provided shoe covers.
Restoration: The space must be returned to its original condition. All furniture must be replaced, and any trash must be disposed of properly.
Prohibited Content: No illegal activities may be conducted or filmed on the premises. This includes, but is not limited to, explicit or sexual content.
Smoke-Free Environment: Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building.
Noise & Neighbours: While there are no formal noise restrictions for production, we ask that you remain mindful of our neighbours when in common areas or when loading/unloading equipment.
