Our 1669sqft Office has a variety of setups such as work desks, a studio space, private working rooms, a boardroom, along with pantry and toilet facilities. Coupled with a 5m high ceiling, there's plenty of room for placing studio equipment and lights.
All utilities, TVs, and speakers are unified via Google Home and are Smart Office-enabled.

We really appreciate Mr. Brendon and his colleague Mr. Walter. Ours was a last minute venue search and booking. I appreciate Mr. Brendon’s prompt responses which is the reason why we thought of booking this venue. Great place to have a birthday function . Nicely arranged and well setup place.

The staffs Brandon and Walther were truly helpful :) The venue was easy to access, well maintained and we were able to have the event successfully!
This place has got all the setups necessary for an office scene - from meeting rm, to pantry, to office rms, cubicle, etc. And I wish to thank Brandon for his patience and understanding to our needs. We extended the filming for another 3.5 hrs till past 7pm, and he patiently waited for us to finish without pressurizing us. Will love to use the place for next production, if any.
