This multi-purpose studio is perfect for dance classes, fitness sessions, and workshops, offering a spacious 11m by 7m layout. It comfortably accommodates up to 35 participants for dance or fitness activities, and up to 18 for yoga. The studio is fully equipped with a high-quality sound system, whiteboard, projector with screen, and a 65” TV to support a wide range of session needs. Please note that a cleaning fee will be charged if food or beverages are consumed in the studio.

⏰ Booking includes setup and teardown time – please be punctual and vacate the space by the end of your slot

🧼 Return the space as you found it – all props, equipment, and furniture must be restored to their original position
🍷 No alcohol is permitted in the space
🚫 No touching or using studio equipment (e.g., lights, storage, props) unless given explicit permission
