Theatre Playroom represents the FIRE element of nature.
It is designed to hold multi stage options for mini shows. Perfect setting for light and shadow play, Punch and Judy puppetry, mini shows and crankie/moving panorama folk storytelling.
A magical space for drama, dress-up and role play themed kid's parties and workshops. Can be set as a dark room for light and shadow performances. Have plenty of play sets ready to use for storytelling by children to children. There is lots of fancy dress and hats outfits.
Exploring a child’s creativity, improving communication skills by interactive storytelling and performing poetry, visual storytelling using projections, light and shadow. Rediscovering old fashioned paper theaters and silent movies.
The whole venue has 4 dedicated playrooms which can be quickly adapted to an all open space for a bigger event up to 40 guests. There are foldable dividers that separate the playrooms for smaller groups playtime.
Available to hire for childminders, home edu groups, family events where you can have children entertained while having fun.
We offer daily KID's club sessions £5 per child per hours- parents can stay with us and wait or leave the children with us at the kid's club.
PLEASE NOTE we are located UPSTAIRS there is no lift, just a short round staircase. We share the main entrance with the Liverpool Antique centre, but have separate facilities like our own toilet, kitchenette, fire exit.
We are the newest kids party venue in Liverpool.
Prices
Birthday parties £18 per child with a dedicated host/ entertainer, activities and materials included
Playroom hire fee £30 per hour (whole venue, private use, a family event, meetings)
Playroom hire (whole venue) £150 per day Monday-Friday
Playroom hire (whole venue) £200 per day Saturday and Sunday (flexible on hours, not exceeding 7h)
Childminders, Home edu groups, party organisers, event organisers and location managers all welcome

Vintage Playroom is located within Liverpool Antique Centre, we operate with the same opening times but evening events can be arranged in advance. Please be respectful to the shop downstairs.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
